Solas Mind offers an opportunity to talk with a fully qualified practitioner in a confidential, safe, online space.
1:1 wellbeing support can help to reduce emotional distress and enhance and promote positive mental wellbeing. It is a confidential space, free of any judgement where you are able to talk about yourself in a supportive environment.
​​The process is interactive, enabling each unique individual to understand their difficulties, increase their ways of coping and feel better about themselves and others. Solas Mind offers creative support, working directly with one of our wonderful practitioners who will walk alongside you on your journey and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your circumstances.
