Stress Awareness Month: Yoga to Soothe the Nervous System

Target Stress with Yoga: #LeadWithLove

Join us on 16th April 2025 for a special session looking at the everyday yoga practices and the many benefits this has on brain health, from reducing stress and anxiety to improving mood, and enhancing cognitive functions like memory and focus.

  • Yoga should be considered as a complementary therapy or alternative method for medical therapy in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders as it has been shown to create a greater sense of well-being, increase feelings of relaxation, improve self-confidence and body image, improve efficiency, better interpersonal relationships, increase attentiveness, lower irritability, and encourage an optimistic outlook on life.

In just 45 minutes, we aim to educate and inform, to provide you with practices you can come away with, to share useful tips and to raise awareness around stress and its impact on the body.

Gender Based Violence Webinar

Join us on Human Rights Day for an insightful session on gender based violence and domestic violence.

On the last day of The 16 Days of Activism movement (25th November - 11th December), we wanted to raise awareness around the crisis of gender-based violence and to highlight the urgency of this problem. There is no excuse for domestic violence in any shape or form and this call for activism is an opportunity to revitalise commitments, call for accountability and action from decision-makers.

In just 45 minutes, we aim to educate, raise awareness, help prevent and most importantly, provide support and signposting around this sensitive topic.
