What does a Disability Discrimination look like?

It's important to understand what a Disability Discrimination looks like, so that you will be able to identify it within your team and production. A disability discrimination occurs when a person is treated unfairly or less favourably due to their visible or invisible disability. This can include being denied a role, training, or other work opportunities because of their disability, or being subjected to harassment or negative attitudes. Learn more in the video below, but keep in mind that you must be aware of the laws and regulations that protect the rights of individuals with disabilities in your country and the country where your production is shooting, as they might differ.
